Job description
We are seeking an experienced Full-Time AI Developer with 3-5 years of experience to join our IT & Software team in Gjilan, Kosovo. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying innovative artificial intelligence solutions.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement AI/Machine Learning models and algorithms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into products and services.
- Optimize and fine-tune AI models for performance and scalability.
- Research and stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning.
- Maintain and improve existing AI systems and infrastructure.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of professional experience in AI/Machine Learning development.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, Java, or C++.
- Experience with machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
- Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
