Job description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Full-Time QA Engineer to join our IT & Software team in Prishtine. This role is ideal for professionals with 3-5 years of experience who are passionate about ensuring product quality and reliability.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
- Identify, document, and track bugs and defects through to resolution.
- Perform various types of testing, including functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
- Collaborate closely with development teams to understand product requirements and ensure testability.
- Participate in the entire software development lifecycle, from design to deployment.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes and methodologies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3-5 years of professional experience in Quality Assurance or software testing.
- Proficiency in test management tools and bug tracking systems.
- Strong understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks is a plus.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
